The EU Parliament’s ODR regulation (Online Dispute Resolution) aims to create an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair extrajudicial option for settling disputes. These disputes can arise from selling goods online across borders or providing services within the EU. The aim of this regulation is to be achieved through the establishment of an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) at EU level and the regulation of cooperation with the national bodies for alternative dispute resolution.
