For our Gemischter Satz, grapes from the vineyard Kremser Gebling – Grüner Veltliner, Riesling & Roter Veltliner – were harvested together and then fermented together.
Thanks to its firm structure and a light tannic note, it not only goes well with hearty dishes like juicy roasted veal or braised venison, but also Mediterranean vegetables.
It is fine to drink now – young & fresh – and then for many years to come. We estimate its cellaring potential at ten to fifteen years.
