Grüner Veltliner George I. 2024

Georg Lenzatti, our youngest employee and graduate of WBS Klosterneuburg, was given the opportunity by us to make his own wine. He pressed Grüne Veltliner grapes on his own responsibility. The result is an unfiltered Veltliner, spontaneously fermented, wild, and honest. Low intervention – as little intervention as possible, with only the grapes, time, and intuition counting.
