For its new issue (04/2026), Vinaria tasted over 170 “Muskateller & Co.” wines from the 2025 vintage. With a score of 16.4 out of 20 points, our Yellow Muskateller took an impressive third place. A Wine with Tradition
The Vorspannhof Mayr was among the pioneers of this aromatic variety in the Kremstal. As early as the late 1980s, Anton Mayr was producing single-varietal Gelber Muskateller and planting new vineyards. This long experience has certainly paid off. Not only does our Muskateller have a very large and loyal customer base and rank among the wines that sell out fastest every vintage, but it also regularly receives acclaim from wine experts. In addition to the third-place finish for the current vintage, the 2021 vintage’s second-place finish at the Vinaria tasting and the 2022 vintage’s victory at the “Presse” wine tasting are particularly noteworthy.
